Feeling energized...
Nov. 15th, 2000 11:59 amThere's a heck of a lot of stuff to do to properly "transition" back to being a consultant.
I've been struggling to get hold of the paperwork tiger, in terms of trying to figure out a way to satisfy client needs as well as my own. My (ex-)employer sends along two pieces of paper with every assignment, one serves as a work order and the second as a time record. I've got to revive my five-year old "system" for sending invoices that not only makes sure invoices get submitted in a timely manner, but that I send along all of the supporting documentation.
There's so much to do, there's no time to do a decent post.
The air speed indicator shows Mach 2.7...and increasing.
I haven't felt this good in ages.
Cheers...
