Slow day...
Mar. 15th, 2003 08:31 pmBy which I mean that my perception of time and the actual time have been diverging, with my perception far in the lead. It feels like 10:30 or something.
Not much to say for the day. I finished the first pass through the translation, and will have to deal with an issue related to the text tomorrow, I suppose, before sending the thing in.
Shannon and Huntur came by the store this morning. I continue to be amazed out of my mind at the speed with which Huntur is growing and developing. Today, while walking around the store, she suddenly stopped and pointed to a greeting card with an infant on it and said, "Baby!" and then pointed to another one and said, appropriately, "Horsie!"
We then went for a walk down to the Wolftracks coffee shop, where I introduced her to the children's book section. Unfortunately, there were adults sitting in the chairs in that section, calmly reading their newspapers and sipping their lattes, so we were not able to do as thorough a reconnaissance of the books as we wanted, but it was fun.
Otherwise, it has been a rather unremarkable day.
Cheers...
