Another wandering day...
Oct. 25th, 2003 10:50 pmAside from patching the roof and spreading the gravel onto the area where we park the cars, the day was pretty much a writeoff. This does not bode terribly well for me, as I have some editing to do, but I'm sure I'll manage to get it done by deadline.
The movie du jour was Adaptation, with Nicholas Cage and Meryl Streep, and written by a zany pair of brothers Kaufman. Galina and I both enjoyed the movie.
Natalie and Viet returned from their martial arts seminar and brought some food. This apparently got Viet in the mood to talk about mysticism, and he spoke quite a bit about Buddhism. They left a few mintes ago; apparently, the seminar continues tomorrow.
My packing will occur tomorrow, after an extra hour of sleep.
Cheers...
