Still busy, for a "non work" day...
Apr. 9th, 2004 05:54 pmI reviewed and sent the BJF, then invoiced it and its sibling. And the aerospace work.
April is off to an excellent start.
In keeping with a long tradition of doing the right thing at the wrong time, I cleaned up my office while staging the stuff I'll be taking with me to Houston. Besides moving the trash out of the room, I've assembled all the electronic doohickeys, burned all the important data onto CD, and collated documents and mail that needs to be reviewed. What remains is what always remains to the last minute: the packing of clothing and toiletries.
There remains an essential question, though: Should I pack as if I'll be leaving for Kazakhstan from Houston?
My gut says no. (In any event, it's not as if I need to pack for winter on the karakumy of Central Asia.)
I'm due at the kids' place in just over an hour for dinner. I think I'll put in 30 minutes cleaning the upstairs.
Cheers...
