One of the reasons, it is said, armies schedule attacks at dawn is that dawn is the time during which a defending force will be most sleepy, sluggish, and slow. (I've always been skeptical of that theory, as dawn would also be the time that attackers would be equally impaired, though there are some people who are ready for anything after a breakfast of steak and eggs.) Whatever. All I can say is that I fit that somnolescent profile a couple-three hours ago, though now I seem to have mostly bounced back.

And now that I'm more or less human again, I should probably check over my translation of the Russian segment status report before (a) committing it to the NASA web site and (b) my relief gets here.

Cheers...
