A quiet night...
Jun. 14th, 2005 06:21 amLast night was an easy tour: I made it through the night with hardly a yawn. This past night has been significantly more difficult, from the perspective of fatigue. When I got back to the room yesterday, I slept for about 4 hours, and then I slept for an hour or two at Natalie's while Galina and I waited for her to return home after work, and again for an hour just before coming in for this shift. Taken together, it might be a good night's sleep; split three ways... it doesn't feel like enough.
I've a mind to go straight back to the room after this shift and hit the hay, though it would be nice to stop by an office supply place to exchange some merchandise. Such stores open pretty early, if memory serves, though it's possible my relief will have a telecon today, delaying my departure and making the issue of when such stores open irrelevant.
I should probably go check over the daily status report I've translated before my relief is scheduled to show up. That, and prepare for the flight control room shift handover conference scheduled for just under an hour from now.
Cheers...
