The plate is clean...

My plan over the past few days was worked with the kind of steadfastness that I hope to achieve in other areas of my life. And suddenly, the invoicing picture went from mediocre to not-so-bad for the middle of the month.

I just got back from the local Kroger's where I joined a very long line of guys in the self-checkout line with basically one item (or variation thereof), in their hand. To my credit, I was also buying some groceries. :^)

I figure I'll hit the sack in a couple of hours or so (9 pm is my target), since I'll have to get up around 4 am to get Galina up and out in time to make the airport for my flight. Between now and then, I need to eat dinner and pack, as I won't have any time tomorrow morning (nor, I fear, the alertness).

So what am I doing at the computer? Avoiding Entertainment Tonight, a favorite of Galina's.

I should start packing.
