Crunch mode!
Aug. 15th, 2007 09:09 amMore work?
Too good to pass up: four tax returns. The bad news: they're tax returns. The good news: they're largely identical; I do one, the rest are 90% complete.
As long as Shiloh's around, it would appear I won't need an alarm clock. The dog got me up at 5:45 am this morning, mostly in response to someone (Natalie, probably) being up and about, which causes Shiloh to whine and scratch the bedroom door.
Things to do today:
send in second tax extension Apparently, form 2868 is obsolete and you get 6 months automatically when you file form 4868. Happiness! (9:23 am)
administer heartworm meds to Shiloh Done.(9:23 am)
administer flea treatment to Shiloh Done (9:23 am)
invoice last week's interpretation work Done. (Why does it take so long?) (9:45 am)
do one section of the Horror (~3500 words) Done, though not without interruptions for lunch, bills, etc. Nice average rate, though (and I did it without screaming!). (3:51 pm)
translate and format 3 pages of a tax return One page done only.
attend 3rd obedience class with Shiloh at 6:30 pm (Um, tomorrow night!)
get my adorable carcass in bed immediately upon returning from class Done, even though there was no class. (7:00 pm)
report for my night shift at 11 pm Done. (10:45 pm)
Not ambitious at all, no sir!
Cheers...
