Sort of a day off...
Dec. 3rd, 2007 09:18 pmNothing much to report. No emails, apart from sending in the job due this morning. I took Galina for a spin over to Bayville and down to Oyster Bay, just to see what we could see. It was a nice drive.
I spent most of the rest of the day moving stuff around up in the den. No surprises, or at least no major ones. My mom had a ton of language textbooks (teachers apparently get a lot of sample textbooks, or at least they used to, back when my mom was a working teacher), most of which are going out the door one way or another. The rest of her books fall into the categories of history and literature, probably too many to put on any "to read someday list," though there are a few titles that interest me.
I am typing this post from the former dining room table that I used as a desk back in August and early September, which now sits in the den.
Progress. Slow and sure.
