Decks are (more or less clear)...

The items due this morning are gone and invoiced. There remain two hazard reports on the plate, and these are due Thursday.

I put the waffle-maker through its paces this morning. The end product was edible, but I need more practice pouring the batter into the thing, as some batter squeezed out the sides, between the irons, yet some "holes" managed to show up in the waffles.

I'm thinking we need to go out again today.
