Apr. 24th, 2008 08:57 pmOne of the things that annoy me about working with Word in revision mode is having to deal with umpteen gazillion format changes that the program insists on letting me know about.
Sure, you can turn them off, so as not to see them, but someone else could turn them back on and Restore the Ugliness™. There is even the possibility of a third party gaining insight into how I leverage my tools when I work, whereas I prefer to keep 'em guessing.
Just now, I learned how to accept all format changes in a document (while leaving changes and deletions along). To wit:

Just now, I learned how to accept all format changes in a document (while leaving changes and deletions along). To wit:
- Click on Show and deselect everything but Formatting.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the "accept change" icon and select Accept All Changes Shown
