Rarin' to go...
May. 29th, 2009 02:35 pmWell, after a better-night-than-the-night-before, I seem to be on the mend and trying to get myself organized to get out of here. The countertop installers have been here since about 1 pm, and they're eating lunch while various compounds dry. Hopefully, they will be out of here by 4:30 pm.
Somewhere between my computer and my Epson PHOTO RX500 color printer, there is a piece of software that "helps out" by "correcting" the images as they pass through, so that they print very, I daresay almost too dark. I conclude this because when I tried to compensate by lightening an image, the result turned out even darker than before.
One of the side effects of moving everything around and then having Galina move around all of what I moved around is an utter inability to find anything, except by accident. That I have assembled what I have is a bleeding miracle, but it also may just get me through the week.
One thing is for sure... I better not forget those photos, dark or not!
Cheers...
