Very definitely winter...
Dec. 7th, 2009 04:33 pmVisibility is down to about 150 yards as the snow continues to fall relentlessly in our neck of the woods. It wasn't so bad getting Drew's Honda down to the doctor's office this morning, or to The UPS Store afterward, to send Galina some paperwork she had left behind. It was a little bit more of a challenge at midday, when Shannon was kind enough to pick me up to go back to The UPS Store to send off my documents for a Russian visa.
Drew says the weather dweebs predict more than a couple of feet of snow by Wednesday. I am so not looking forward to that, but as long as the firewood holds out, I ought to be okay.
In other news, I thank Providence that kittens are not born with prehensile tails or opposable digits, else this place would be a total disaster area!
Cheers...
