Planning...
Dec. 15th, 2009 08:01 pmAlthough there was work on the plate, after invoicing all outstanding jobs, I decided to take a day to think about how life is organized around here. That, and to finish the story of the 47 ronin.
Drew came by in the morning, before work, and he took me to the bank and to the store before dropping me off back home and going to work. The roads are just too snowy to go walking on them, and Drew remarked about there being "mountain lion bait" on the road, as we passed by a woman walking two small dogs and a death grip on a plastic bag. His remark reminded me that I had seen a lone coyote lope across our property earlier in the morning, which drove Shiloh nuts (how she could have detected the intruder is beyond me, as the coyote was at least 50 yards away, through glass).
So it's been a quiet day. I'm going to have to hit the bricks pretty hard tomorrow, though.
Cheers...
