Oh, ho, ho... daylight is burning...

Or would be burning, if there were any really good, quality daylight to be had. The snow in the clouds overhead has been deciding whether to really get with the program and fall, already, or whether to make do with a dilletantish dusting of our little district and then depart.

I have not yet started on today's slug of work, which is a little annoying, but once I get under way with the project (and overcome some... peculiarities in the source file), I'm confident that feeling will subside.

So I suppose I should get to it!

Thank goodness for the UPS...

The lights have been flickering off-then-on every few minutes for the past half hour or so. The snow decided not to fall, but left a thick fog in its wake.

Things could get interesting. It's a good thing I finished the project (4100 target words).
