alexpgp: (Corfu!)
I had forgotten how conveniently I had arranged my work area in Pagosa, so when I opened the flow chart sent to me to translated, I felt like I was getting hit by a combination of punches in a boxing ring.

To start with, I have no printer available to me. And that would've been helpful, because if embedding a flow chart in an Excel spreadsheet had previously set the standard for a horrid environment in which to work, then embedding an even more complex flow chart in Acrobat just lowered the bar even further.

Anyway, I managed to suck up my attitude and do the translation, and send it off. I then turned down work for tomorrow and Sunday, because I really do want to spend some time with Galina, Natalie, and Robert before I take off on Monday, not to mentions run some errands and devote some time to writing.

I spent the rest of the day reviewing French safety documentation, so I am a little foggy right now, but with any luck, some of the vocabulary has stuck.

Dinner is in the oven, and I better go check to make sure it's not burning.

Cheers...
