Yesterday's "holiday" was made up for today, with the translation of a baker's dozen of files—weighing in at over 5,000 target words—all to the accompaniment of about 3 inches of snow accumulating outside our windows.

I'm trying to figure out what may have caused VMware Tools to get "uninstalled" from my Ubuntu 11.10 setup, and I'm thinking it may have been the recent kernel upgrade. I'm reinstalling VMware Tools as I type this, and soon expect to have restored the ability to read data from my Windows disks.
