Reunion...

I was too sick to go to Albuquerque today to pick up Natalie, who's visiting for a few days, and so Galina hit the road shortly after 6 am, headed south. Despite my best intentions to get down to work, in the end, I was not up to the task and spent most of the morning in the sack.

Natalie called during her layover in Salt Lake City. I filled her in on what was going on, put the phone down and closed my eyes again. Then Galina's phone went off, in my ear. Apparently, she left it behind when she departed for Albuquerque. And while it's not impossible to coordinate picking someone up at an airport without the help of a cell phone, it's not my preferred mode (listen to me... spoiled rotten!).

By the end of the day, I actually got some work done. I'm coming back!
