Tuesday... right!
May. 29th, 2012 07:13 pmIt's always a little hard to get days right when what are normally holidays don't really work out that way. Today was Tuesday, and I managed to get another 3,000 target words under the belt.
Galina and I have, at odd moments, been watching Midsomer Murders on Netflix via the Roku box. The stories are just about right, except for the part where it comes for the story line to catch up to the one-line description displayed on what I've come to think of as the 'jump off' screen (the screen from which the actual video is launched). But that's not all that bad, as it's a welcome change of pace from—notably—NCIS, where the key to the episode's plot is revealed in the first 20-40 seconds of the show (not to mention there's generally some other shenanigans the audience is made privy to in these English crime stories.
Which reminds me... it's time to shut down work and go take it easy for a while!
