A good day's work...

...but it sure does leave me a little short on the energy side about this time of day!

I visited the Electronic Parts Outlet today, for the first time in many years. The place has changed a lot, in some respects, but the overall feeling is the same. I picked up various parts that I'll need to put together something that can be used to control the temperature inside a crock pot (besides the actual controller), per something I found on the Instructables site.

Gotta go get ready for t'ai chi. Although at times it feels as if my progress is very, very slow, there are moments when I see that overall, my progress is good. (Now, if I could only just get a little more flexible... :^)
