It didn't feel like a Friday...

It rained quite a bit today, with a dose of booming thunderstorms passing through about mid-day, at which time the outside temperature started to cool noticeably.

A light day for work, after which I spent some time around the office, replacing the venetian blinds and getting rid of some furniture that does not seem to be of much use.

Lots of stuff got misplaced, as a result, so in addition to some work-related items, I'm going to have to address putting stuff back where it belongs.

Galina and I spent a quiet night, more or less. We watched My Man Godfrey, which probably ought to go on my "10 Best Films" list, and Gangster Squad, which felt a little like an attempt to remake L.A. Confidential, but with a simpler (and not necessarily better) story.
