A day at the doctor's...
Sep. 11th, 2015 09:28 pmNot quite the entire day, but certainly the whole second half.
The morning was spent working out. On the way home, I got to thinking that the state of my right eye hadn't changed over the past week or so, so I made an appointment with a real ophthalmologist (instead of an O.D.), whose office made an immediate appointment for me just based on my description of what happened.
To make a long story short, I was immediately referred to a retinal specialist, who examined me and found some problems that were addressed with a laser.
I never would have thought that repeated lasering of the retina could be painful, but not insufferably so.
So now I have an appointment in a week to follow up on my status.
Seems all I do, lately, is visit docs.
No mind. Tomorrow is going to be a big day.
Cheers...
