Today was one, and Friday will be another.

I just wish the medical breaks would start going my way, y'know?

I think there are fundamental problems with using criteria such as being on a no-fly list or being under FBI investigation as determining whether a person can exercise 2nd amendment rights or not.

The principal of these is that if you can curtail a citizen's constitutional rights in one area (2nd amendment) on the basis of something that, in the case of the 'no-fly' list, is devoid of due process—it is my understanding that virtually none of the people on that list got on it as a result of a hearing where allegations were made in their presence in an open forum—why stop with the 2nd amendment?

I mean, just imagine the jump in investigative efficiency that would result if people under FBI investigation could no longer invoke the 5th amendment?

Cheers...
