Wholly mow lee!

It's been a really crazy day. I take a look at the stuff I wanted to do, and I did a bunch of it, but I'm sitting here again thinking the important stuff didn't get done, except that if I dwell on it for any length of time, the stuff that did get done was important.

Go figure.

I sent Galina a revised set of road instructions that would take her around the nasty stuff in southeast Louisiana (especially considering how the intermittent rain we've been having is heading in that direction), but as of about six hours ago, she was still on I-20 and "sitting in a parking lot" (her words).

I suggested she find a hotel and get a fresh start in the morning, but something in her tone of voice tells me she's probably not going to follow my advice.

All the outside lights are on. I shall sleep in the recliner.
