Has it really been a week?
Jan. 16th, 2017 08:42 pmYikes!
That said, there were a couple of days, there, where the thought of doing anything other than nada (at least computer-wise) was unthinkabble, as the cancer insisted on playing knick-knack-paddy-whack with, if I am not mistaken, my pelvis.
Things turned around on Thursday, and flowed gently into a reasonably okay weekend.
The pain had subsided, leading my personal physician to suggest that the resumption of chemo was bearing fruit.
That particular pain remains gone, leaving only the run-of-the-mill stuff you'd associate with a lack of exercise.
I am down to around 190 lb. I haven't ben this "light" in decades. I'm forcing myself to rebuild some muscle mass, now, which I hope will address some of the creaky discomfort that results from sitting/lying around too much.
I should make more of an effort to not be such a stranger hereabouts. Some people, I am told, have expressed concern.
Tomorrow will be a better day than today.
Cheers...
