An early start...
May. 26th, 2017 08:59 pmI started to unload the truck first thing in the morning.
By the time Galina and Alla pulled into the driveway, I had most of the truck unloaded (the force of gravity is like a second person), except for the truly heavy stuff.
Soon after the ladies arrived, we set off to dial in a carpet person to come by after the holiday an quote a complete replacement, after which we had lunch at Ramon's Mexican restaurant.
Now, when I said I "unloaded" the truck, I meant to say that items got taken off the truck and moved into the garage. The afternoon was spent bringing stuff upstairs, followed by shopping at the local Wal-Mart for vittles and cleaning supplies.
Dinner was light (salad and a sandwich).
I am tired, but not feeling any altitude effects. (Knock wood.)
Cheers...
