One wild Wednesday...

Which is an onematopoemic subject, as it turns out. Completely unintended, believe me.
That said, I really can't point to any major accomplishments of the day, but if I look in my BulletJournal, I appear to have addressed all of the to-dos for the day.
That probably means something, but it escapes me at the moment.
I've taken the time to rearrange my exercise schedule in light of the new Tuesday—Thursday taiji regime, and it includes a qigong warmup every day (one might as well call them "stretching exercises"), followed by The Form (taiji), and then by a new twist: some mild weight training just to mix things up.
While Galina is out of town, and while there are no Airbnb'ers in house, I've managed to do these items early in the morning, and while it's too soon to tell if there are any positive overall effects, I certainly cannot point to any negative consequences.
I sort of let work, etc. get the better of me, so I'm hitting the rack about an hour late. Before I started getting up early, I used to not particularly care when I went to bed, but now that I try to make a point of getting up before 5 am, I appear to be paying more attention to when my head hits the pillow. We'll play tomorrow morning by ear.
I feel particularly good this evening. Sort of a "top of the world" floating sensation. As if I've been catching up with an old friend.
Cheers...
