Knocking it off...
Dec. 16th, 2001 07:27 pmThere was a convenient place to stop after 13 pages and nearly 6500 words for the day (not counting the 1400 or so for the New Mexico assignment). And I stopped there around an hour and a half ago.
I think 6000 words is about my limit for the day without entering the zombie zone.
Galina and I had a quick dinner (spaghetti and sardines... don't knock it 'til you've tried it) and I'm ready to go to sleep. Still no sign of the kids, but that's no biggie. I suspect they're eating out with friends.
There are 20 pages left in this steel tank assignment. I doubt I'll get them all done tomorrow, but then again, I haven't yet run across the part with all the easy pages yet.
Time to rest.
Cheers...
