Absent, yes, but...

I haven't been posting publicly much this past week, true, but there have been private posts, and the fact is that the desire to sleep has been somewhat overwhelming the past few days.

I even missed the bimonthly pen club meeting that was held tonight, because I didn't want to risk a case of mind-deadening fatigue when the time came to drive home.

So I did what I've been doing the past few days—taking it easy. I've logged an unconscionable number of sleep hours today, and even though it's a few minutes short of 8 pm, Morpheus is calling.

I will hold out as long as I can, and then try to re-establish a normal sleep cycle.
