I've turned the cam out the window so as to afford the world a more enlightening image: that of the weather outside our house, from my basement office window, looking pretty much due east. The Weather Channel™ says we're gonna get dumped on, which should mean that the image should turn white sometime soon.

Here's a quick, time-stamped summary of the situation (said image may appear to be a complete non-sequitur if you read this at a later date):
Sleep came slowly last night, after I left gagarin downloading a bunch of Windows updates (though the one had nothing to do with the other). My trouble sleeping was due entirely to Galina's absence.

Drew called last night to say today was "coop day" (members rally in a parking lot to divy up the latest delivery). Dire consequences are in store for no-shows, even if you don't order, so I guess I'll be getting ready soon to meet the day. I'd like to get some bank business done by the time one of us reports for the coop working party.

Today, I need to finish the final section of the translation (I can see a long CorelDraw session in the works), and then review the whole document and inflict something that resembles the original formatting.
