L minus 3 hours...

I got to bed around 9 pm last night and experienced the usual getting-up-early jitters, resulting in two wakeups. Having someone yammer over the radio net after midnight didn't help.

I've been up for half an hour.

One of the workaholics around here came down with something (food poisoning, probably) a few days ago but then went right back to full throttle after one whole day of rest. Bad idea. He is being medevaced to Finland later today. A shame.

I must be down in the lobby at 5 am. There's about a quarter megaton of high explosive sitting about 4 km away. There'll be 3 of us at the Polyot (me, Maya, and the Spacecraft Integration Manager). We'll get there 2 hours in advance.

Gee, you think I have something on my mind?
