eBaying at the moon, again...
Feb. 5th, 2006 04:58 pmI just posted my first item on eBay in... very nearly a year. (Hmmm. I could have sworn it was longer!)
It took me forever to do so. (Hmmm. I could have sworn it was longer!)
And I'm not sure I did a very good job of "optimizing" where it appears in their classification system.
We've been invited to dinner tonight, at another Mexican place (I have to admit, Ramone's was starting to get to me.)
I seem to have experienced a relapse with regard to a disease once characterized by a junior-high English teacher of mine as "parenthesitis" (the overuse of parenthetical remarks in one's writing).
(Ah, well!)
Cheers...

Date: 2006-02-06 01:56 am (UTC)But here comes Monday, and everything must move. Electricians, eBay seller, my excruciating Internet CRC errors, illness (already nearly gone).
Re: eBay, I believe the account hasn't been hijacked (I saw one, but you could see clear sign of -- 10 items simultaneously put onto sale, with similar appeal in item description -- to write on some funny e-mail instead of using PayPal and eBay preferred routine.) -- so I hardly can expect being swindled out of my money after she's spent 1½ years to build up her rep up to +136. :)

Date: 2006-02-06 01:59 am (UTC)The ideal here being (allegedly) Stalin who spoke in "chainmail" fashion... short sentences of type: "A, hence B. B, hence C. C, hence D." -- no wonder his speeches got down to the most undeveloped layers of Soviet society.
