While I'm thinking about it...
May. 31st, 2006 09:18 pmI don't know if I've mentioned this before, but messages left for my on my cell phone sometimes don't show up for a significant amount of time (up to 24 hours, and I won't swear there haven't been cases where that time was longer). Is this normal behavior among carriers?
The issue came up because Drew sent me an SMS from Durango today (One word: "Boy!"), followed by a message with a photo of the sonogram. I forwarded that message to my web account a couple of hours ago, and it still hasn't shown up, which leads me to believe that Verizon gets around to moving data when - I don't know - the phase of the moon and the height of the tide are favorable, or something.
It sort of makes me feel I'm a subscriber to a second-class provider. Grrr.
Cheers...
