Back in March, I submitted a proposal for a presentation to be given at the 51st Annual Conference of the American Translators Association. I have since been informed, in the apparently geological time frame that conference organizers seem so fond of, that my session, Launch Campaign! Developing and Using Rocket and Space Terminology has been accepted.

LJ friend bandicoot had suggested, in a comment to my original post on the subject, that my proposal would "be even better if actual rocket launches are involved. In the auditorium."

I'll be working on it, or the next best thing.
