That late afternoon rain...

The rain comes by pretty much every day, which portends well for mushroom season if it continues on a regular basis. The annoying side effect of such rain is a power system that "hiccups" about once every two minutes, although now I have all of my computer and networking equipment plugged into uninterruptible power supplies.

Still, it's nice to watch nature at work.

Up North, we're getting a drenching rain tonight that we've needed for many weeks. I'm pleased to hear that South Colorado has been wetter than we have been. RMNP has been on fire, you know.

Lots of that fire stuff going around. There was something going on north of here, yesterday, but I don't know if the rain (a) hit it, or (b) hit it hard enough.

Aah, that looks very refreshing.
Our weather here is "perfect." It's so perfect that it is a little boring. Your weather reminds me of when we were hiking in Northern New Mexico at Philmont.
