MS products per se are VERY stable. Add-ons, however, can display all sorts of behaviour.

Date: 2011-01-11 05:58 pm (UTC)OTOH, rebooting Windows appears to have made the problem go away (KNOCK WOOD!). I'd been putting my machine to "sleep" instead of shutting it down for about the last 10 days.
