Making progress...

After a round of new items from my best client, I sat down to more psychology. I got more done today than yesterday, which represents progress, but there is much room for improvement.

I went down to the shelter today, and the level of volunteer participation appears to have dropped off since the initial rush of a couple of weeks ago. Perhaps today was just an anomaly, as it certainly was in other respects, that's for sure. All of the dogs in the "adoptable" enclosures seemed to have forgotten everything that might ever have been suggested to them about their behavior by having the volunteers around in the afternoon with clickers and treats.

In any event, it's time to take it easy. Tomorrow is another day.

Sounds like one of those things where the rewards are few, and the travesty is heavy.
