Sedentary Sunday...

I had planned to do a little exercise on the Nordic Track later, and to test out the television setup (VHS player+TV) to help me with the boredom. Last night, Feht graciously gave me a 6-tape set of Attenborough's The Private Life of Plants (seeing as how he had acquired the series on DVD), which I had planned on using as a test of my ability to forget I'm exercising while watching the tube.

But what started out as a dull ache in the vicinity of my left kidney has blossomed into what I think is the passage of a kidney stone. It sure feels like one, and hurts like the dickens.

Aaargghh!
