I knew it was going to happen...
Mar. 7th, 2004 02:35 pmI had this feeling all night long that there was no realistic way I was going to go through the day without assembling the shed. (That's not what kept me awake, but it helped.)
Fortunately, the assembly is pretty simple once you get the base put together. I almost didn't need the rubber mallet called for in the assembly instructions (simulated nicely by a sledge hammer wrapped in an old pair of warmup pants).
Maybe I still didn't want to translate anything.
In any event, I was finished with the assembly by 10:30 am and was showered and fed some little time later.
Item one of three, a 7-sheet Excel workbook, is done. The word count is not going to be high, I suspect, and I don't really feel like doing a word count right now, but at least it is out of the way.
I shall spend a few minutes relishing the mental image I have of what ought to properly be done with people who use Excel for tables (hint: it involves tongs), and then go on to the other two items for today.
Cheers...
