On the move...

Well, I've just experienced "the wakeup" (as in "...and a wakeup").

Giving back the rental car yesterday revealed a small chip in the windshield, so I guess I'll find out how well the additional $20 I've started to pay Amex for car rentals works.

I had trouble falling asleep "last night," but probably got 3-4 hours under my belt, so to speak. The good news: there'll be two of us driving, so some additional shuteye during the day is not ruled out.

Hopefully, we'll be on the road soon.
