On the fly...

Spent most of the day at the store, with a brief respite at home, just long enough to take a 30-min nap. That nap will probably come in handy as I prepare to go to Farmington, to get Galina. She left around 3 pm to get the Ford to a transmission repair place there. Apparently, though, the car rental rates from Farmington are pretty high, so I've rented an Enterprise car here in Pagosa and have stopped by the house to pick up some soda and French CDs before getting on the road.

I mustn't forget I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, in Durango, and someone picks Natalie up in Albuquerque on Thursday (another good reason to have a rental car!).
