Someone's slipping...
Mar. 14th, 2006 09:04 pmI got about 12 additional pages from the new client. Two of them are legible without undertaking any kind of heroic effort. I hope such lavish consideration of freelancer optics doesn't reflect badly on my project manager's next annual review.
I napped for an hour today, for the first time in some while. Getting up was a drag, which means I was not really napping, but asleep. My grogginess upon arising put me in a frame of mind where I didn't particularly want to cook, so at about 4:30 pm, I left Galina with the task of finishing the borscht which I had started before lying down, while I went to the store to look after things until closing.
I am simply not in the mood right now to start in on the next document, whatever it is, so I'll probably set the alarm for an early hour - say, 6 am - and return to the face of the salt mine at that time.
Cheers...
