Jun. 24th, 2006 08:45 amThere is no telling just how much of an opportunity I'll have to get online the next few days, so I better take advantage of what I've got, while I've got it.
The move is - as expected - deteriorating as we approach departure. Galina expressed dismay that I had arranged all the heavy stuff low in the truck, with the intent of putting lighter items on top. She feels it's better to arrange heavy items on top of one another as high as the truck's ceiling will allow.
She also just informed me that we need not take my boxes of books and stuff, as she can always bring them down in the Ford. Of course, aside from just putting general indications on boxes, such as "OFFICE" and "FILES" I really have no idea what's in which box, or where the really critical stuff is. Hopefully, there'll be enough room for my boxes after all the other stuff is in the truck.
Gotta get back to work.
