The sun has been struggling mightily to break through the clouds, and succeeding for moments at a time, here and there, now that the storm appears to have subsided.
Our neighbor down the road - who supplements his income by clearing snow from people's driveways - has been coming by twice a day (although it's not clear exactly why, as the main road our driveway comes out onto has not been plowed since the start of the storm... maybe it's been to keep the scope of the work manageable).
The French item due by COB today on the East Coast is done and sent. All outstanding items have been invoiced and - most important - all of the invoices have been sent!
From the billings standpoint, this month is turning out to be better than last month, although it can be argued that since one of this month's invoices is for an item I forgot to invoice last month, the comparison is flawed. No matter; the bottom line is this: Billings aren't bad, and that's always good.
