Colorado Thanksgiving!
Nov. 26th, 2009 08:23 pmIt took us a while to get on the road yesterday, but we finally did, at around 6:30 am. Many hands make light work, and I don't think any of us were overly strained on the trip to Pagosa (though the trip did put a little wear and tear on our nerves, what with Shiloh, Hana, and her kittens along for the ride).
Karen and Mike were at the house when we arrived, and had already retired, as it was 11:320 pm when we pulled into the driveway. We spent the day in holiday activities, preparing for Thanksgiving dinner. The kids came over in the morning and Huntur spent some time with Aunt Natalie.
Dinner was great, and everyone else is sitting in the living room upstairs, stuffed. I'm in my office, typing this post, and also stuffed.
