Progress: whose opposite is Congress...

I'm fairly well ahead in one job, fairly well behind in another. Having a brain-teaser consume my attention didn't help much, although I still got a fair piece of work done today.

Mushroom chips come out of the electric dehydrator crisp, while the chips I set out to dry on impromptu screens are still a little flexible, which means they still have moisture inside. So we're processing the screened chips a batch at a time through the electrical device to get them well and truly dry.

Galina and I watched The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo on Netflix last night. It was interesting to see what had to be done to the book to make it fit the big screen, and I'm glad I read the book first.

In other news, long-term planning can be so much fun.
