Overnighting in New York...

Arrval, entry, and baggage went smoothly, and I didn't really mind it when the fellow selling tickets for the shuttle between JFK and LaGuardia gave both me and Galina a senior discount.

The plan was for the shuttle to drop us off on the arrivals side at LAG, so that the hotel shuttle could pick us up from there, but as we were the only passengers on the shuttle after everyone had been dropped off at departures, I prevailed upon the persuasive power of Abe Lincoln to have the driver make a short detour on his way back to JFK (nudge, wink).

The plan for the day is to hie ourselves back across the street to the airport—to the departures side, this time—and head on back to Colorado.
