Getting it done...
Mar. 25th, 2012 06:44 pmI'm getting more done today than I expected, sort of.
I had planned to go visit my friend Feht, but such visits tend to be rather long ones (especially after so long an absence on my part), so between yesterday and today, I addressed some long overdue work I had planned to work on while visiting him (long story), and emailed the files instead.
I was so fired up by yesterday's session at the shelter that I decided to devote a couple of hours today to the same activity (which ate up some of the time that I had originally budgeted for my visit). I managed to make pretty good progress with a certain Graham, a dog that was very skittish about having a collar put around its neck.
Between very early this morning and since coming home from the shelter, I've translated about 1,000 of the 10,800 words due Thursday morning. I may work a bit more today, or I may decide to knock it off after this post, I don't know.
The TV/Internet installer will be by tomorrow morning, so perhaps I ought to press on for just a bit. We'll see.
Cheers...
