Moving along by jumps and starts...
Sep. 16th, 2013 08:31 pmShiloh woke me at her accustomed hour of 6 am to be fed, and I hightailed it out of my rack to make sure she did not awaken Galina with her whining. After I fed the mutts, I let them out, let them back in and stumbled back into the rack until 8:30 am.
I didn't get out much for the rest of the day.
A job I thought was done still had one document left to do, and it was a doozie. About 700 new words with all sorts of fancy highlighting and font colors. I will not be shy about invoicing the effort that went into the job.
I managed to put away another 1/3 of the 13-document job, which consists of miscellaneous invoicing paperwork with a bunch of boilerplate. I ought to be able to finish the first pass tomorrow, but checking these documents is going to be a challenge.
I wanted very much to take a nap in the afternoon, but things kept cropping up to prevent that. Nothing came up to give me a "second wind", so to speak, so I'm pretty tired right now. I think I'll go downstairs and see what Galina's watching on the tube.
Cheers...
