Net neutrality...
Feb. 16th, 2015 08:07 pmI find the upcoming FCC vote on "net neutrality" regulations troubling, for at least two reasons.
First, the proposed regulations appear to be several hundred pages in length, but their content is apparently not suitable for public consumption or review until after a decision is made whether or not to adopt said regulations.
Second, there appears to be no coverage of this state of affairs from the media or not a peep of concern has been expressed by the giant cable and data companies, which suggests to me that the regulations will be much to the liking of said media and businesses. (Lack of public disclosure and disclosure to select insiders are not mutually exclusive propositions, after all.)
What can possibly go wrong?
